With homes as low as $150,000 we are striving to provide our customers with a very affordable product. The provincial government has passed bill 23 which enables property owners to add an additional dwelling unit (ADU) onto their residential property for the purpose of additional living space, rental unit, or for a family member.

Every Home is built using only CSA approved materials.
Our base is comprised of grade A structural steel with steel studs and closed-cell spray foam insulation in the walls to ensure our homes can sustain throughout all four seasons. We manufacture in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Leamington Ontario
Sustainability
We build our homes to last! With steel studs and closed-cell insulation we ensure our homes are mold and condensation proof. Closed-cell spray foam insulation acts as an air sealant preventing air from entering and exiting our homes which makes it more efficient and lowers utility costs.
